This group was given to me in October 2011, the main theme or exclusive selections of this group are the best in quality that we can find around DA and for you to submit here please read the rules below
HighQualityArt is a group devoted to the best of the best on Deviant art, from the recognized to the not so recognized. We aim to have a gallery of only the best quality artworks, help promote unknown artists with outstanding talent and give the community inspiration.
We don't just stop there, we provide critique and suggestions to improve artworks that have been declined from submission. The group aims to provide administrators who specialize in all the selected galleries; Photography, Digital Art, Fan Art, Traditional Art and Literature) to better improve feedback and select artworks.

Submission rules:
Your work must be at least your best work or the newest so far.
Images with huge watermarks will not be accepted. If the watermark you used is from DA and its placed just on top of the main theme will not be accepted. A small signature is enough on the sides.
Traditional works that where photo shoot and not properly cropped will not be accepted. I recommend using a good camera or a scanner then cropping in your fav image editor.
Credit all stocks, I will not accept images from Google or random webs. Remember you are an artist, you can't steal from others and use it for your own placer. Add the DIRECT links to them even if they are purchased or add in the description if they are yours.
Mature content. I love nude works BUT people showing their V or P explicitly just for fun will not be accepted. People having sex is banned.
Submit to the right folder or it will be declined and your 1 per month will soon go away with that.
Images that are very small that you can't appreciate all the details and blurry will not be accepted.
Photography. I will accept artistic,emotional,etc. But images you took with a cell or used in your facebook without a special meaning will not be accepted .
We do not take IDs or Scraps.
No screenshots.
SXC.HU stocks are now forbidden (Photo manipulation does not grant you copyrights to the image therefore you cannot use sxc.hu images in the described manner. You cannot create derivative works with the use of sxc.hu images. Furthermore, you need the original artist's permission to use their work in a derivative composition.) Unless you get the permission.

After a few days i have notice many members don't read our submission rules I know the blog about it is a bit long so i will make a short version,very explicit so we can avoid problems later

Hope you are all having a great day. It came to my attention some problems about what sites are legal stock providers and witch ones are not.
I have made a very extensive research to make sure I'm not making a mistake by declining images with not confirmed sources. Please read very carefully, i will not battle about this later.
About submissions process:

Hope you are all ok sorry i have been absent but i had more commissions i could handle and then the holidays came and so on..
There is a small problem i forgot to talk about.. the line arts that have been colored by other artists instead of the owners..
I accept works that use approved line art shared by the artist allowing us to paint them, the only thing that HAS to be in the description is the direct link to that line art itself.
Works that use random line arts are not legal and we will not accept them. Please be care for with the proper links, not just the profile, this is also for the manips, we want direct links and not just to the profiles.
